Answers: The LEFT cardiac ventricle is the bit that really does all the thorny work and therefore the walls are thicker and more powerful. As the other folk own said, it's job is to pump the just this minute oxygenated blood ( which has a moment ago returned from the lungs), all around the body. As it pumps it 'squirts' blood out of the aortic tap and into the aorta and there after blood flows to the tissues of the body. The first arteries (other than the aorta itself) that blood flow comes across are the coronary arteries. These are the arteries that supply the heart muscle next to its own OWN supply of oxygenated blood. However it is not quite as simple as that because as the aortic stopcock opens it covers them up and afterwards as it shuts it allows blood to flow through them. Therefore when resuscitating keep going and save up the blood pressure otherwise it wont work .

To ensure that blood flows contained by only one direction, respectively ventricle has an "in" (inlet) tap and an "out" (outlet) valve. In the vanished ventricle, the inlet valve is the mitral spout, and the outlet valve is the aortic tap.
The left side pumps blood to the rest of the body, where on earth oxygen and nutrients are delivered to tissues and debris products (such as carbon dioxide) are transferred to the blood for removal by other organs (such as the lungs and kidneys).
