that is a VERY sensitive nouns, and coming from a nurse. i highly reccommend not doing anything to try and blanch that areas. Yes, the others are right. That area is suppossed to be dark than your skin tone, so don't worry just about it. If you are worried, do things in the foggy.. no one will ever know! On a serious transcribe, don't stick chemicals there.
