As a chronic medical forgiving I've become somewhat of an expert on Staph having finished up with several post surgery myself. :)

You enjoy no need to verbs, especially if it is still small and pimple sized. Mine have be huge pockets inside my abdomen and I am fine! Make sure to apply your cream as directed and call upon your doctor if the staph worsens at all. He may want to lift a sample and construct sure that it is not a form of staph called MRSA. MRSA is the super staph which is what I other had but again, not to verbs, is completely treatable with an antibiotic call Vancomyacin. Instead of a cream it is usually pill or IV form. In your case it is most imagined the normal string of staph which have been going around alot lately.
Staph infections are cause by Staphylococcus aureus, a type of bacteria commonly found everywhere. Staph microbes can enter the body through cuts or skin breaks. You probably had a slight cut on your elbow and some microbes got contained by.

If you are applying antibacterial cream, you'll be ok. Staph infection is mostly dangerous to immunocompromised family (chemo, surgery, drug suppression, etc). If you're healthy and applying cream on it, it'll be gone surrounded by a few days, just similar to a pimple.
