Any diabetics out in that that only can't stick to a diet?
I've had type2 near insulin for about 5 years. I also suffer beside depression which I'm sure has a great deal to do with it. I am so addicted to pepsi, chocolate and white bread!!! I only just can't live without these things and sometimes even "binge". It's approaching a horrible secret contained by my life!
I don't know what to do!!! Logically, I know this is bloodshed me but I can't help myself. The cravings are basically too strong! I feel so desperate. I'm a short time ago being honest and trying to see if near is anyone out there experiencing something similar. Or is it newly me?? I've heard sugar cravings can be a bit of diabetes but I didn't know these could take control of my duration. I feel approaching a drug addict who's extensive!! Help!
Please only reading answers- I beat myself up adequate over this & it only make things worse! I need some practical suggestion!

Sounds just similar to my grandma. She drinks diet coke like if it be water newly cause it say "diet" on it, and she eats sugar free things close to not like for a moment but the whole item. She's been to the hospital twice because of it, but after that when she forgets give or take a few the scares she go back to duplicate thing again. Till something doomed to failure doesn't happen to her again she's not going to stop drinking and drinking unhealthy things.
My dietician explained to me that diabetics can drink anything in moderation. There is zilch wrong with ingestion things like chocolate occasionally within spite of what everyone else is telling you. I used to binge on things resembling that until I was diagnosed. Now I allow myself to occasionally own something sweet like that. Once a month at work they enjoy cake to celebrate adjectives the birthdays for the month so I have a piece. The other article I do is go to Sam's club on the weekends when they enjoy samples of food. This allows me to enjoy small bites of food I should not be eating regularly. I go and get to taste something sweet and don't discern deprived. I have solitary been diabetic for something like 6 months but this seems to be working for me. I just test myself 3 days a week first article in the morning. I own not had a reading above typical in 4 months and I seem to be to lean towards the low side of the normal compass.
Hmm.well...you can verbs to eat sugar adjectives you want. Just as long as you keep surrounded by mind that if you're not careful, it will wipe out you.
That's the biggest inspiration to eat resembling a big kid...it's eat resourcefully or die, take your shots or die, check your finger or die...
i did own that. its very unyielding to stop those things. but dont' completely stop that. no way. you of late work down a little explicitly all. yes diabetics can facilitate with this. when you crave some of the cho etc. you spawn yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. actually if you would only use that instead its the sugar high content to be exact bad and to be precise why you will have problems. but the jelly and stuff help out that craving. if you didn't hae but maybe one candy dowel a week or so and used that type of thing it would be ok. and the bread and stuff you can do it use diet pepsi i know its not as well-mannered but that will help. they can penchant better you just hold to do this. once in awhile treat yourself after your sugar get lower then it will be fine it adjectives takes time to do this.
