I have sensitivity and slight twinge on the left side of my scrotum. I enjoy been tested for adjectives STD's and HIV and results are negative for adjectives especially Herpes. I was worried that I have herpes after I told STD nurse that I had spasm and itch on the scrotum. She said that I was 100% have herpes before trialling. Test came vertebrae negative. But I still don't know what is cause this itch, pain, and sensitivity to cotton underwear. I am also experiencing foot issues. Discomfort from wearing shoes for a extent of time. I have worn overworn or desperate shoes for sometime which have cause discomfort. I thought that it was neuralgia from diabetes. Anyway, can someone distribute advice on what this possibly. Would the scrotal issues be connected to the foot issues. Maybe some sort of nerve impairment issue. I am overweight.
