Dehydration may be detecte by looking at the color of patients urine.Howmuch river people call for to drink varies from general public to people and it also depends on environment that he lives and amount of physical duties he does that cause him to sweat.Water leaves our bodies by sweating and urinating.People who live in tropical /warm climate are required to drink lots of wet.
A person himself is the best who can determine how much hose his body needs. He can refer to color of urine and try to drink as much as river to keep the color clear.Although the clear color may indicate disfunction of liver.Drinking too much hose down can cause adjectives sort of problems such as High blood pressure.People with kidney/bladder stone are required to hold on to as much as water a year to keep their urine clear.Remember drinking too much marine may also cause of ailment.

The standard symptoms of dehydration are; Thirst, dry mouth & tongue, chapped lips, dull colored urine, fatigue, dry skin, muscle cramps, rapid pulse, heartbeat & breathing, sunken eyes, Light- headedness...
The amount of hose the average person wants top drink a day vary and is truly dependent on the needs of the individual (climate they live surrounded by, level of leisure, etc.,)..
The consensus is that the average person loses just about ten cups of fluid per day (1 cup=8oz)..but also take in almost four cups of fluid from food, leaving a inevitability to drink only six goggles to make up the difference, a bit short of the recommended 8-10 eyeglasses per day...you also do not own to drink water, next to the exception of alcohol laced drinks..anything to be exact a liquid will hydrate you..
Just listen to your body..if you are thirsty it usually vehicle you need to replenish your fluids..so drink it up! your body will report to u!
Well technically your supposed to drink 2 liters but thats to much for me. And symptoms are obvious dissyness, insufficiency of vision anything out of the commonplace. just google it and find out.
one of the first signs of dehydration is when you discern like you obligation a drink..

when your throat gets dry and you cough??

you should drink 2 litres of dampen a day to maintain your fluids up and even more if your working out a lot. i suggest only carry around a drink bottle everyday to give support to..

but dont drink too much...i know people who be being stupid and seeing who could drink the most.,.. they both go to hospital because their body started absorbing all the hose down.. and it went to the brain and they get knocked out..

both surrounded by serious and critical conditions ... although you'd probly never drink that amount of water lacking relising.

to be healthy your urine is supposed to be clear.. thats from drinking adequate water so if you dont drink ample yours will bee heaps yellow.. try preserve it clear =]

good luck and be hydrated..run care xxxx
The worst is constant thirst.
usually if you touch thirsty then you are already feeling thirst. symptoms can include the obvious dry mouth, jaws, thirst, but also headaches, diarrhea, and abdominal affliction. Soda and caffeine (as you already know) cause dehydration and should be constrained. the amount really depends on the person and their lifestyle; an alive person will have need of more (probably around9-10 glasses a day) whereas a more sedetary being may only call for 6. body size and health issues are also taken into perspective; a smaller party doesn't really need as much, whereas larger ppl typically do want more to sustain good form.
