He probably is sick from not having any food contained by his stomach. But also, be careful, he might be allergic to pennicillin. A lot of citizens are. Children can become deyhdrated very swiftly. The golden rule with them is nought to eat or drink until it have been 2 full hours of no vomitting. Then start next to something like Pedialite to restore the lost nutrients, dally a bit and see if your child holds it down. Then continue to something small, within small quanities, like a piece of toast. If your child is still vomitting and have diarrhea after trying this I would take him to the ER. That mode she can get IV fluids....as capably as medication b/c with this he is not holding down his pennicillen prominently.

Give the child motrin as directed for the fever.

Well you need to hand over him stuff that will not make him dried out like some 7 up or what I bestow my son is Popsicles. He likes him and It will hydrate him and it is cold so it will minister to with the restlessness, try not to give him the red ones though if he is vomiting OK.. don't want to upset you with that. Also perchance some chewable Pepito bismal tablets they taste OK ...and it will back with the diarrhea.Good luck I hope he feel better!

Give him oral rehydration solution like pedialyte, almost one cup per stool / vomit, 1-2 teaspoons or sips at a time. If he vomits, wait for ten minutes, after start again, more slowly. Continue feeding soft food close to banana and yoghurt. Do not give soda pop or commercial liquid packs, as they are hyperosmolar and can trademark the condition worse. Do not give anti- diarrheal drugs. No, this is not allergy. It is probably a viral infection.
