hahahahahah EW. nutregena has a body be for problems like yours. i have something similar to your bacne, but on my arms. (picking at it was not a smart impression. left scar, and made it red.) i am now a short time ago useing soap with exfoliateing bead in it. its cleans wide. but if you have it desperate, maby try the nutrogena body wash where on earth you can get at almost any drugstore. fitting luck!
