SORRY I DON'T KNOW
Unfortunately within is no effective agreed upon treatment for this adjectives skin condition. The good word is that it almost always resolves by age 30. In the penny-pinching time, with pushiness, most people can win very customary improvement. Initial treatment should be intensive moisturizing. Try a cream such as Acid mantle, Vaseline or Complex 15 after bathing, and re-apply the cream again several times each day. If this does not help, money to a medicated cream containing urea (Carmol, Vanomide, U-Kera, Ultra Mide, Nutraplus) or alpha-hydroxy acids (Aqua Glycolic, Lacticare) applied twice daily - it may be too irritating to use more regularly. More aggressive home treatment can be done if ones skin can tolerate it. The plugged pores can be removed by taking long, hot soaking tub baths and then rubbing the areas next to a coarse washcloth, stiff brush, or 'Buf-Puf'. Prescription medicines that may comfort include antibiotics (Erythromycin, Bactrim) if the spots are very red and Tazorac Cream. Tazorac, a relative of vitamin A, may mete out irritation in some populace.
I have equal problem and trust me, nothing works. I hv spent seriously of money and tried tons of doctors. They hv given me creams, lotions, tablets and I hv been frustrated by that. Now I dont do anything anymore. Just swot to live with it. I know it looks bleak but u really cannot do anything. Only suggestion I can give is everyday after your bath/shower, apply a moisturiser resembling eucerin or nivea, specially during winter.
