I was reading my book.Mystic River...Well the woman had a mole that have gotten darker and dark and she went to the Dr. and they said she have cancer..

An obvious tuning in a wort or mole can be an precipitate sign of cancer. When in doubt, achieve it checked out. I had a mole triple contained by size when I got cancer.
