My friend, God doesn't "let" people, upright or bad, get hold of cancer and suffer. God has nought to do with it. Most commonly, it's the people themselves who fashion it happen. Among His frequent gifts to us, God gave us free will. Remember that.

All this suffering is single for a season. It's a lesson to us all. There is little even-handedness and much is very undeserved. Good people suffer and fruitless people prosper at times. It's as if within was no God.
But the truth is. God know all and allows suffering because it's the consequences of the sin our inspired parents chose. God's plan for man is for us to be in triad with him and his righteous law, live forever, and have fellowship beside Him.

God doesn't agree to people return with cancer. They just grasp it. God will, however, help you obtain through it and the treatment. Suffering is just section of the human condition. A lot of how you get through treatment depends on you, your belief and you attitude. Your faith not individual in God, but yourself and the Doctors.
There is no such entity as god. People get cancer and die. Life sucks, live it to the fullest. It's the one and only one you get.

Have you ever hear the saying "What dose not wipe out you will make you stronger" this is what i firmly believe surrounded by and I am a cancer survivor. god did give us free will but he have also placed us on a path and given us the choice as to which one to pilfer.
I lost my sister to liver cancer twenty-four years ago. I felt equal way, I in actual fact hated God!! I told him so. My sister have so much faith within God, we all did!! Almost ten years following I went to work as an RN as guess what an RN on a CANCER element of all places!! I knowledgeable that yes most cancer patients are the most sweetest people that your ever met. I also fell contained by love with the family of my cancer patients. I know for sure that God doesn't cause cancer or be paid people hold cancer. Cancer comes from all types of things. For example; ancestors who have smoked cigarettes, or enjoy been exposed to worn smoke have lung cancer. Now we're finding out that ovarian cancer are caused by a virus explicitly transmitted sexually. We also have heaps food additives, and smog. We just plain don't treat our bodies right. We don't munch through right, we don't sleep right, we stress our poor bodies. There's no wonder why we get cancer and heart diseases. Please don't blame our precious God!! I know you want to blame someone!! He will recognize if you want to blame Him though. He is always here for us.
I don't believe that God cause the cancer. Really, no one know except for God Himself.
But don't forget, those that are suffering from cancer or anything else, ... God is always at hand, helping them survive through it. And if a person should die, God's other there next to them. He never leaves us.
Perhaps the cancer is just a interview of sorts, like God tested Abraham (Abraham be told to sacrifice his only son Isaac, remember?).
Maybe we merely have to hold faith within the fact that God have a plan for each creature, and we need to adopt that God works in ways that we sometimes aren't designed to know.
Although, I can't help but agree next to you that it isn't fair. My grandma died from cancer later year, and my grandfather the summer before that... and the worst, one of my friends died yesterday after a 3-year clash with cancer. He be only 17. But we hold praying for them, as we prayed during their sicknesses. (by we, I mean my family circle for my grandparents, and pretty much the entire city around here for my friend..)

God does not grant people syndrome. Our habits grant us diseases. All that is flawless comes from God. We are the ones who mistreat our own bodies. We eat the wrong foods. Smoke cigars and cigarettes. God give us free will to know the difference of right or wrong. God says our body is the Temple of the Holy Ghost, why would He dirty that Temple next to disease?
God does "let" people return with cancer, nor does he "let" people suffer. Cancer happen, period. Suffering from it is not His craving. Cancer happens, for duplicate reason it rain - because. To blame God for the disease and the person's suffering is just wrong. Things begin to the body and the body's reaction to it are not His doing.
