Can white coat syndrome put on a pedestal your blood pressure alot?
so I was at the doctor the other time and he wanted to bring my blood pressure, I didnt want him to but finally let him because I own a fear or my blood pressure person high, anyways it turned out to be 200/100! I own had a agitation of getting my blood pressure taken now for years, I return with very like a cat on hot bricks.just as diffident as doing a public speech or something like that. Anyways im getting a 24 hour monitor to see what it is when im not frantic, but how much can stress raise ones blood pressure.and nerves? Thanks
Answers:
Nerves and stress lift up it a lot. If you pilfer your pulse at your neck while adjectives and watching TV and then run it when you get a fright or are have road rage or some other stressful situation you will discern a massive difference. Try not to be afraid of doctors, they are there to give a hand you. Better to find out that there is something wrong near you and deal next to it than to suddenly drop dead from something that be avoidable.
I have alike malady, have them be in motion outside the office and filch it.
Works for me.
I was 150/100 at an appointment a few years ago. I am other about 110/70, but the doc thought it might hold been WCS. It be my first visit to her, I devise.
Good luck!
Yes, it can.
Relax man, keep as cool as you can.
They've miles of files ...
Listen to some Moody Blues. Mellow. Its honourable for the heart.
Why be nervous ? Reading the numbers is approaching listening to raindrops when they are hardly there. I thieve mine a few times a day. Part of the rationale you are anxious is that it is already high. That's really doomed to failure for the arteries and other internal organs.
Yes, that is why it have been given a autograph. White Coat Syndrome is a true occurrence.People, surrounded by just knowing that they are seeing their Doc, especially for glorious blood pressure, will have an increase. The body react to this fear and so, raising their blood pressure. It's best to not muse about it and try to relax.Yeah, easier said than done. The power of positive thinking can do wonders!!
