I recently developed a unknown freckle on my shoulder, underneath an old defacement. It's red and about partly a centimeter wide. I own burned my shoulders in times past and my Dad recently have to have some spots on his final removed because they were cancerous. Do I have need of to see somebody or can weird tentative freckles suddenly appear?
