How long does it take for Symptoms of STDS/AIDS to show up? And after how long of not seeing symptoms is it okay to perceive safe that you enjoy not contracted anything ( assuming that you no longer have sex or anything ). Thanks =D.

If you own no symptoms for a coupld of weeks, it's probably safe to voice you have no STD's, but in attendance are a few exceptions.Herpes and HIV are a couple that are different.

They say the skylight on HIV is 2 weeks to 6 months for the symptoms to show up.

I don't know about HPV.

It depends on the STD. Some things, like gonnorrhea, will show up inside a few days to a week. Other things, like HPV (genital warts) may whip up to 10 years to show signs. If you think you hold an STD the best thing to do is dance to the doc and get tested becuase moved out untreated, they can cause serious damage to your reproductive organs. And if you aren't in a monogomous relationship, you should definately lug precautions, because some STDs you can't get rid of.

i be told someone i messed around with have hiv ( was basically a joke) but on the safe side i get tested and the results were gloomy and this was roughly 2 months after we messed around, but the Dr told me to come back surrounded by 6 months to get tested again do it does not always show up right away , i am not sure nearly anything else, but if u even think u might enjoy something get tested incentive some thing might be showing signs but are easly dismissed as something else not so serious
