Please relief..Need to find an Italian Language Diatetic Cookbook?

For a friend of mine who's unfortunately be diagnosed with Stage I, diabetes. She is a spirited Italian woman who cooks fantastically but have difficulty reading the English Language. I have be researching this for 2 days without resolve. I can find some sites for Italian lexis cookbooks, but their preface is written in Italian, so I don't figure out it. What I am looking for is an Diabetic Cookbook, written in the Italian Language beside the preface in English, so I know what I am getting. Thank you intensely much!

Answers:    Do you mean "Preface within English" inside the book, which it's almost impossible, or are you talking in the region of an English description (on the website that sell it) of a book written contained by Italian?
You could search for a book written contained by Italian on an English-language bookstore using "cucina" or "ricette" or "ricettario" along with "diabetici" as keywords on their flush engine.
Otherwise should be more useful asking advices for some specific books relations personally very soon.
This is an Italian website (so with Italian books as well) also available contained by English but the descriptions of Italian books are still in Italian: https://www.deastore.com/index.asp (choose "Inglese" on the left)
Using "ricette diabetici" "ricettario diabetici" "cucina diabetici" the results you catch are ALL cook books for diabetics.
The problem with most "Diabetic CookBooks" is that they contain bearing too much high carbohydrate content. It doesn't thing what language they are printed within.

I recommend "Atkins Diabetes Revolution" It is printed in most language. It will help her to get the nature of this disease and why we must control the carbohydrates contained by order to control the glucose level.

Sources of Carbohydrates are all foods grown contained by the ground, the worst for diabetics being grain, cereals, starchy vegetables, and soft sweet fruits.

You won't be wrong getting any of the Atkins books for her!
