I had horrible eczema adjectives over my arms and I was competent to get rid of it. You can see a dermatologist, and they will reccomend a strong emulsion. The other option would be to a drug store, or a massive convience store (like Meijer, or WalMart), and look for a product called Aquaphor.

Its a clear gel... and it really help out dry skin a lot. I a short time ago loaded it on my arms all hours of the hours of daylight. for about 2 months. It get hard not to scrape it, but it definitly helps out eczema. If that doesnt oblige, go see a dermatologist. because its better to compensate the money now, than to hold scars adjectives over your legs when your older.
There are a great deal of good supplements that can comfort with skin condition and may clear that up... unfortunately, nearby may be too many to shrink it down very slickly.

The most popular items I've seen for skin are things close to the simple vitamins (A, E, C, and other antioxidants, plus Alpha Lipoic Acid can help rejuvenate some of those), Fish Oil, Borage Oil (really any Gamma Linolenic Acid is good), MSM (also obedient for joints and connective tissues), Horsetail (a inherent form of Silica), L-Cysteine, and Biotin.
...Oh, and those last 4 products are fitting for the skin, hair, and nail, too.
There is also one homeopathic item we carry which is a Florasone Eczema cream. Some those really like Homeopathic products, some don't.

I've tried a few of these myself, and some own helped for a dry skin problem that I've have for a long time. I've also tried some that most of our customers have a great benefit from, and it didn't facilitate me much.

Any and all of those relieve with different aspects of skin condition, so any combination of those may help near eczema. Unfortunately, different people respond differently to different supplements, so you may want to try out one or two at a time if you want to narrow down which ones will work best for you... or you can check beside a dermatologist (or any doctor) that knows more or less supplements to see if they can narrow it down for your body chemistry better.
