I quit using the patch. Start near the highest step and follow the instructions. Don't submerge down to the next step until you are equipped. The hardest part of quitting is mental. You call for to find something to do with your hand. Take up a hobby that requires your hands. I don't know of anyone who quit successfully going cold turkey. Carry some sugar free not easy candy...chew on those..gum, etc. change your routine a moment or two. if you always drank coffee contained by the am with a cig, switch to red juice. avoid bar, drinking, ask friends who smoke not to smoke around you. Bottom line is, you hold to have the willpower to quit. sure within will be times where you will cheat and hole in the ground in to the craving. Don't see yourself, just remind yourself that you are quitting and start over again. Take it in the future at a time. If you tell yourself, basically get thru today...you'll find you can do it. When you touch like you only have to enjoy one and nothing else will do, move about take a way of walking or work out..exercise will kill the craving. Good luck!!
i us eto smoke alot to the point that i smoked two pack a daytime, one day i a short time ago said F it and droped the nasty craving. just forget just about it its so easy to permit it go.

i haven't smoked ever since.
nobody like a quitter
me!!!just done it not long..and cant be bothered to puff another stick again, no withdrawal symptoms any so am glad..
just stop. alll you own to do is belive in your self.through away your cigs.and control your body.
Join the Navy. They'll engender you quit. Serious advice very soon. Avoid alcohol, anything sweet, thins that'll wet a smokers appetite. Look at pictures of cancer ridden lungs and emphesyma patients.
When I quit smoking I cut put a bet on a little at a time so the bill wouldn't be as bad. I cut out one cigarette a light of day for the first few days and then cut another out after a week and so on...it took a couple months to bring back down to only a partially a pack a day..afterwards I quit "cold turkey" after I had gotten down to smaller quantity then 10 a year. It took me two or three months but I did it and haven't started up again after 12 years. Good Luck.
I never smoked before but conceivably you should try to get your mind sour it and just influence no. try to control ur self.
wat about everytime wen u grain like u wanna smoke.........try 2 drink wet and eat fruits, so possibly u could start eating strong and u could stop smoking.
I smoked 2-3 packs a year, went cold turkey and took up running. 25 years ago. still running and loathe the smell of cigarettes
Well I did quit cold turkey, but only after along time of thinking just about it, it just seem that everywhere I looked was a commercial or poster or want ad or whatever unfolding me how bad it is, at the time my hubby be working out on a regular basis so after a short time ago so many ad i got feed up and said to him why bother when you will die in ten years from smoking. So why scrutinize your weight, put away right, work out when you are slowly killing your insides. So next to that we quit, one night we smoked adjectives the cigs we had and said the subsequent day be it, we havent looked back since. Remember the money you will amass!!!, nevermind your health. I hope I help
Well I wish you luck. I've hear that nicotine is more addictive than heroin!! I gave up three years ago by getting pneumonia. I be ill for three weeks and by the time I get home from hospital most of the cravings were gone. I still have a problem when I was on the phone or reading/doing puzzles. I lit a smoke earlier I rang someone on the phone. After I'd stopped I used to own a soft drink or a cuppa handy to do the hand to mouth bustle. Also had a wipe and pencil to keep my hand busy. Doing puzzles etc I had low curvy snacks to munch on. Have you tries lozenges or patches. Sometimes they give a hand. Best of luck and if you fail simply try again!!! The longer you go short a smoke the easier it gets. I used to come up with that smoking would be on my mind all the time but it's not.
What worked for me be to sit down and write myself a short note unfolding myself why I wanted to quit, and why it be important, to me, to quit. I carried it next to me in my wallet, still do as a business of fact. I've be smoke free for a couple of years, but quite honestly, not a hours of daylight goes by that I don't enjoy a craving for a puff. Especially when drinking coffee. Anyway, I still pull out my in tatters note occasionally and read it to myself, help me to get by. I hope you find something that works for you....
And remember a smokers motto, "quiting is natural, I've done it thousands of times". Let the next time be your concluding....Good luck!
I quit a 5 pack a day need after smoking about 55 years
satisfactory experience ??

I tried 5 times, Spend almost $500 on Drs and Aids

My way

The first week I kept my smokes at the other finishing of the house and recorded how repeatedly I lit one up.

I made my self go freshly and extra 5 min between smokes til I got down to 1/2 pack a time Do this at weekly increments, 3 days isn't enough.

At that point the nicotine inhalers help out finish the job.

Having some Ativan (Anti Anxiety) for Nic fits be a big help
