Do I hold the flu? I hold achy muscles, really unpromising headache, blocked trunk, no appetite, I'm really tired?

I think my glands are getting swollen and I enjoy a sore throat. Also I have be feeling abit 'off' for a couple of days immediately, like nauseaous and headachy..

Is this the flu? I've lone had the flu once and it be when i had mono at like time, so I dont know what its like.

Answers:    Sounds greatly like the flu to me; the headache and tiredness are big give-aways. The single cure for this one is to rest, drink lots of fluid, and take Tylenol/acetominophen/paracetamol for the ache. Sudafed will help next to the stuffiness; you may also want to get a antenna spray (do NOT share it with anyone else!). If you can dig up codeine, it can help beside the sore throat; otherwise, you may be able to support it a little by gargle with impressively warm, salted water. Tastes vile, but it does help out soothe the throat. Other than that, keep yourself hydrated near plenty of fluid and juice; don't devour unless you feel resembling it, and SLEEP as much as possible to let your body repair itself.
yes, you are sick.

Drink lots of fluids, vitamin c, and seize plenty of rest.

Yep sounds like the flu. I'd suggest Nyquil and Dayquil until you start to get the impression better.
