It doesn't work that channel. You (or her parents, guardian) need to contact the city of Glen Falls' department of social services. They will thieve care of her medical desires if her family can't afford it and enjoy no insurance.

I am sure that there are available clinics in attendance but I would say to first contact a doctor and ask him/her to contact one of the drug companies.
