It could be, but your overall physical condition and stress level also affect your blood pressure. The best means of access to determine your blood pressure is to average several readings over a 15-30 minute time frame, it'll endow with you a better idea of what your blood pressure is really doing. Excercise is the illusion answer, it'll help you obtain in better shape (everyone can other be in better shape, lol), and it'll relieve stress...
164/90 is giant for a you. 134/84 is OK! If you do have big blood pressure at your age you need some investigations as immature people shouldn't attribute this to verbs! The things you can do to lower your blood pressure and prevent heart disease is to make sure your solidity is OK (BMI 19 to 24) , reduce brackish intake, exercise and be happy!
You can own high blood pressure for different reason. tension and stress can create it to but if you may have a medical condition i.e. causing it is better that you see your doctor. Overweight also can donate you problems. There are medical conditions that your doctor can explain to you. If anybody in the relatives suffers from high blood pressure? Also check the cuff, if your cuff is too small for your arm that can provide a false reading of high blood pressure. Diets beside high saline also don't help. Again, check beside your doctor and in the meantime try to be stress nouns.
Nervousness wouldn't make THAT much of an mark on your blood pressure, but it does seem to enjoy come down somewhat--were you extremely active a short time ago before the first test--164/90 and 130/84 seem like rather a difference to me! The main item to remember about blood pressure test is consistency--of course your blood pressure between periods of pouring activity and sufficient rest is going to differ.
Your diet might be illustrious in sodium or brackish. Drink more water.
Lower ther the caffiene surrounded by your drinks. The blood pressure might stay on the lower side. Linda
I also had my bp tested and it be quite illustrious.I lost a bit of weight and it come down but was still greater than normal. My doctor tols me not to verbs as the anxiety of having your blood pressure tested can surrounded by itself cause your blood pressure to spike.I definately cogitate it's cause of your nerves.
You;re ok immediately baby, so its usual but YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT, not normal. Please weaken ok ? Health is Wealth ..
You should'nt worry at adjectives.I am not aware of your race, incentive Blood Pressure for different race groups is different. However as a standard rule, from what you write, your systolic pressure,i.e; the upper figure appears to fluctuate and your diastolic i.e; the lower integer is more or less usual. As you know the normal BP is 120/80,but you on the odd occasion find individuals with that BP numeral.Age plays an important portion also in the BP.Systolic pressure upto 160 is considered average limit and Diastolic pressure upto 90 is usual. The cause of concern is not the upper integer but the lower one. Here I also want to warn you that, heaps individuals who are concerned with BP suffer subconsiously from anxiety and "white coat hypertension" i.e; their BP get elevated on seeing a doc(who wears a white coat usually) or when they realize that they are to put up with BP check. It happens to most including me also who am a BP lenient. Now coming to you, your BP for your age is normal and within medical jargon it is moderately soaring cause lower amount goes as dignified as 90.But you have zilch to fear.Be majority in your diet and transport regular exercises. If you can do yoga you will remain fit all through your time.Stop Worrying and be happy .
Eat smaller quantity and not before bed.
I first have high blood pressure when I be 11. It's 40 years later and I spent the later two days in the hospital have a full cardiac workup..and being really alarmed.
You need to lose shipment, limit your sodium, go and get yourself on a daily exercise program, and monitor your blood pressure starting TODAY.
I know 51 must give the impression of being ancient to you. It did to me at 17. However, it doesn't feel ancient when you find here. As a matter of reality, you start having a unyielding time figuring out why you perceive like 17, and your body refuse to go along near it.
Honestly, you need to work on getting the top number lower than 130, and the bottom number under 80.
Start very soon...live healthy...and you may not shutting down up where I own. Good luck!
yes it will make difference if you lose solidity and it would be great for you. you are too young to be on pressure meds but if you own to you have to. the later reading is too high also. the first one be probably cause you be uptight and it cna do that sometimes doctors will let you sit awhile and afterwards take it. the bottom number wants to be 60 or 70's at least.
