Hi, I hope you are in moral health. There are multiple factor on why you have a reading so giant of your blood pressure. One, you are getting nervous right since you take it, and that increases your heart rate and BP (blood pressure). Another intention why you have a large rate, is that your cuff size is way too small for you. You hold to use an appropriate cuff size on your arm to get accurate results. Being overweight doesn't necessarily aim you will have illustrious BP. You have to stir to a doctor, and on two separate measurements, if your BP is high, afterwards you are considered to be hypertensive (aka High BP). The fact of the concern is you have to relax, since you see the doctor, or else you will enjoy what's called "white coat syndrome". Your BP will be high-ranking due to anxiety.
Exercise and change surrounded by diet modification sometimes won't help within reducing in blood pressure if in that are other factors that are cause it to be elevated. It could be hereditary (meaning your family) or other problems contained by the body. You are young, but that doesn't disqualify you as a claimant for having remarkable BP. The best thing you should do is travel a see a doctor and see what he says.
Wrist cuffs are just accurate if you hold your hand above your heart when you use them. Yes your BP is too dignified but you need to buy a blood pressure device that fits you and check it on a daily basis at the same time every afternoon for 2 weeks and then report this to your doc IF it is soaring most of the time. The doc will then run it from there.
You inevitability to see a doctor to get it regulated and possibley acquire some medication to bring it down. But, the best way is to increase your fluid intake, reduce your salt intake and shrinking your stress level.
Exercising every morning, even just a 20 minute stroll will help alot also.
You might try getting a better b/p cuff that will fit you better. If the cuff is the wrong size, your reading will not be accurate.
good luck
