Yeah hes acting normal except a short time whiney but hes always whiney so thats not a appropriate indicator...his fever have gone up and down all year peaking at 104 previously and its gone down to 102...i know i need to help yourself to him to the ER maybe but we dont hold insurance for him and there is no process i can pay for the bill from ER...if anyone have some suggestions on what i should do im all ears
