My friend want 2 know if she have sex near a man wit AIDS.useing a condom.will she get aids.

The Aids virus is certainly smaller that the lattice structure of the rubber used contained by a condom. When the rubber is pulled or put on it stretches forming uniformed microscopic holes. Yes, the fluid (sperm) will stay in the condom because those cell are bigger then the holes contained by the lattice; and are trapped, but the virus can escape because it is smaller than the fence or microscopic holes. She needs a audition - ASAP, and if she is stupid enough to do this, I'd support you to avoid her at all cost...
