I go to a hypnotist twice before, over my first wedding problems, and It is quite expensive. She also have me to fill out a form letting me know that at hand would be NO way to be HYPNOTIZED..., the lone thing she could do for me be hypnotic therapy. I would bring very relaxed, she would play soothing music, i would believe of something pleasant, and she would be speaking to the subconscious part of my brain.
