If i be to quit smoking in a minute..?
i've been smoking 10 a hours of daylight for about 3 years. if i quit presently and never smoke another cigarette again, in years to come will my lungs be as thriving as a non smokers?

It'd probably help yourself to about 20 years for you lungs to completely repair and be as pious as they were previously you started.

You'll never regret it! yes,i would say 10 years''[and you,ll be as polite as new,i smoked 20 a morning for over 30 years.i gave up a year and 3 months ago,stopping smoking is the most healthiest piece you could ever do,mind you it wasn't easy,but my guidance is put the money you would have spent on cigs contained by a jar and save it up,and no thing what you do ,don't give contained by don't even have a sly one,cos adjectives that does is you wanting another and another,so don't have any at adjectives,the very best of luck you can do it.
