If you are base your reason of prosecution on the spread of disease, afterwards the next time you become ailing with something contagious, next you would by your definition be committing a crime. Gays are not the simply ones to spread disease. Infact, up until AIDS there be no disease. A heterosexual man was the first set case of HIV/AIDS.

as for making it a law? within the state of pa there is a sodomy law-between differing sex, i believe this also occurs surrounded by texas as well. not sure more or less other states. it is never inforced unless it is a rape case.
