Answer:
I deliberate it is highly unlikely that you will suffer any long possession effects from the drinking and smoking you are claiming, especially considering your age. While 8 years is a long time to smoke, 4 cigarettes is a very low number and at your young at heart age, the body has a great wherewithal to repair any damage that might come to pass. I have see people smoke 1 to 2 pack a day for 30 years. This is especially high and these nation have gone too far. They suffer heaps pulmonary diseases including cancer.
Quitting is the best thing you could enjoy done. Staying off the cigarettes may be concrete. You must be strong.\ and not resume smoking.
I would suggest all you involve to do is find a doctor you like and hold nothing more than routine annual check-ups. Explain your history to your doctor and, together, you can both digit out what is needed.
Again, at your age, I feel you do not own too much to worry something like other than making your unknown wife happy.
By quiting, you own already made life better for yourself. There is other a chance of condition problems and by quiting, you have made the likelihood lesser for yourself. I would hold a breathing test done and perchance one on your stomache if it gives you problems presently, but other than that, you should be OK. Congrats on getting married too.
