You dont inevitability to spray anything on a Yorkie. I have a 13 year antiquated one that I have have since he was couple months ancient.
I would take him to the vet. His skin could be dry do to the weather or a sickness. Itchyness can be a symptom. Good luck! It could be stress related. Is he alone alot? He may involve an antianxiety medication from the vet.
he might have a food allergy...itching and hot spots can be cause by skin infections or allergies.those are the most common..perchance an allergy to the shampoo or spray you are using on him. I had indistinguishable problem with my Shitzu. I spent alot of $$$ trying to numeral it out but finally found the a vet who knew what he be talking going on for. He started with treating him for mange as a precaution thinking it may be that, but also that it may be a food or inhaled allergy. My dog received his 1st shot for the mange and afterwards we went backbone 2wks later and he received the second and closing one. It has be 5 days since and he is all done next to biting and scratching of his stern and he is healing. I also have him groomed and shaved so that the scab areas didn't have the unlikeable hair on it anymore. He is doing so much better and is such a smiling dog now and I don't get the impression so bad as I have for him.
