Try some antibiotic cream (not ointment) or some hydrocortisone cream on the spot on your forehead. There are not tons "home" remedies that you would want to use on your face (which you are promising to have on foot, anyway). Tea tree oil would be a apt option, again, but you may not hold that available. Avoid applying any oily lotion to the spot on your forehead -- you want it to dry up. It sounds similar to the spot is just becoming a nodule or cyst, which will clear up over time. This sometimes happen with some acne lesion where the infection is inept to escape from the pore. Prevention here is the key; a continuous acne regimen will backing to prevent these from occurring in the adjectives.
For your chin, it sounds like you simply have a clogged pore that have not yet developed into a blackhead if it's not red or irritated. Leave it alone and try to treat it beside some benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to see if it will clear up. If you try to squeeze it out, it may freshly irritate the pore or make it worse.
Lots of empire think that if they a short time ago blast their skin/zits with ben. peroxide or salicylic bitter it will help. I used to do that, but I still get zits; what I didnt' realize was that even if you enjoy really oily or zitty skin, you still inevitability to moisturize with an oil-free moisturizer; ESPECIALLY on zits that you are treating; if they obtain dry and peely, they will be even harder to cover up. So find a good moisturizer (light, oil-free)...and to drain them, try dipping the corner of a washcloth contained by hot water and holding it onto the bump until it open up; but don't touch it with your hand or it will get dirty...i've hear that that sometimes works. Orange and green papaya is used to remove whiteheads, boils and spots.
Roasted and powdered pomegranate skin is good within treating boils, pimples, blackheads and whiteheads.
