I'm border-line bulimic, meaning I've tried throwing up but haven't have any success. I blend the swim team, lost 20 pounds, go anoreix and quit because it was to hurtful to my body. I pigout and try to throw it up but start crying and be aware of completely sick afterwards. The good communication is that I've gained that freight back. The desperate news is that I can't stop pigging out. I stipulation help beside dealing with my situation. HELP!
Answer: stop the quirk with another mannerism. i would suggest chewing gum when you feel approaching pigging out, or biting your nails. but what would really sustain is talk to somebody face-to-face more or less it.

Take it in the future at time... the feeling never go away but ask yourself why do you keep consumption so much what feelings are you hiding. and never throw up because once you win there theres really no turning backbone. everytime you try to do it... start to ground yourself... i mean.reflect on about the small things. approaching were you are sitting, be your arms are positioned, leg, etc.. that really helped me... but i am bulimic and anoreix and sorta recovered... soon at a time... I KNOW CRONY 1. do not be 'down' on yourself, some days will be better than other days.

It sounds similar to you may have the beginnings of an intake disorder...been in that! You must try to stop it now because anorexia/bulemia can become so powerful & precarious that it can seriously steal years from your life.

However, you seem to be contained by the earlier stages of the disease so try to 'nip it surrounded by the bud' now because you don't want it to seize any bigger than it is just presently.

I be anorexic and bulemic for years and I became seriously sick at 23, my periods stopped, i become anti-social and i lacked confidence. everyone told me it be as if my 'sparkle' had gone. i'd other been so full of vivacity and confidence that my friends felt so glum when they saw me so withdrawn and ill. When I started making myself sick and binging/dieting, I have no idea how strong the addiction would capture in such a short space of time. so I strongly recommend you to receive the help you obligation.
A book that totally changed my life and help me conquer the disease was "you are not what you weigh" by "Lisa Bevere". The author, lisa bevere, also suffered from anorexia and binge ingestion like you describe, and she give advice on how she combated the complaint. Lisa is a Christian so her faith is adjectives throughout the book. However, it would be an interesting read for non-Christians too.
