Coffee or Sugar is making my muscles very stiff?
All my muscles go stiff when Im drinking coffee which I usually put 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar surrounded by. I also get a weak thought in my arms with small tremors. Is this a sign of some sort of condition? Diabetes or something?
Answer: it doesn't sound like the caffeine is cause these symptoms as muscle stiffness and aching joints and bones are symptoms of calcium and vitamin D lesser amount?? Do you get enough sunshine or vitamin D rich foods on a day after day basis?? ie ~ cold water fishes such as salmon and sardines are rich contained by both calcium and vitamin D
Calcium relies on vitamin D for effective assimilation and absorption Other symptoms of calcium defect are headaches and migraines, digestive troubles such as cramping and bloating and constipation, achy bones, insomnia and irritability and moodiness .......... actually, presently that i think about it .......... the shabbiness and tremors in your arms could either be a result of the caffeine inhibiting the digestion of your precious B complex of vitamins oooooor, insufficient vitamin D supplies in your body, thereby inhibiting calcium absorption ........... short calcium you will never assimilate B12 and in succession iron as iron relies on B12 for effective incorporation ........ so, that would mean you'd have iron not good enough anemia?? fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells and loss of balance, headache and migraines, irritability and moodiness, paleness of skin ...... inner eyelids of your bottom eyelid pasty and white as opposed to a forceful rich red ??
So tell me do....... how many cups of caffeine are you have a day?? or is the sugar you are using laced beside aspartame ~ toxic sludge chemical sweetner??
Geez, so it's either calcium deficiency perpetuate by lack of vitamin D deficiency ~ symptoms as above ~ or excessive caffeine consumption overriding to inhibition of your water soluble B vitamins producing the weakness, numbing, tingling and prickling sensations contained by your arms with the jitters to boot, oh......... calcium will also be inhibited by caffeine thus producing all the calcium lesser amount symptoms i mentioned before............... i think we hold a winner here~~ aha ha, process of elimination you see ........ cut rear on the coffee mate.
Other symptoms too much caffeine can produce are a rapid or irregular heart beat, dehydration, nausa and vomiting, anxiety, tremors, depression and insomnia, constipation .... hmmm, not side affects you should own to abide with buddy
pump up your intake of fresh filtered hose down too please as coffee is terribly dehydrating.......... geez, you need at lowest 2 litres of water per day lately to maintain aspiration (to breath!!) so drink at least 2 - 3 litres day after day..

Expecting your digestive system to digest food and transport essential vitamins and nutrients with no water within your system is an extremely huge ask ............ Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will enjoy a terrible time breathing, digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc......... zilch substitutes for water. your body needs at most minuscule 2 - 3 litres of water daily to function competently Geez, we need at least 2 litres on a daily basis just to maintain aspiration (to breathe)!! so drink up buddy
Increase your intake of fresh filter water 20 minutes before or after meal so as to enhance digestion rather than interfere with it ............... if you drink fluids during your meal it will only serve to dilute your digestive juices and debilitate digestion
also, try to cut right back on the coffee ~ pace yourself though or you'll shift into a nasty rapid detox ..... not pretty believe me, tea, alcohol, sodas and soft drinks (if you drink any of the others) which will adjectives do great job of dehydrating you. ie: just 1 can of soda or soft drink will engender your body peesh out up to 12 cups of water ! 1 cup of coffee will make your body peesh out around 2 cups of water ........... read the book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.... "Your body's many cries for water"...... an astounding and worrisome and very true read.
some of the symptoms of dehydration are puffy bags underneath your eyes, dark circles under your eyes, dizzy spells and loss of symmetry, headaches and migraines and constipation and bloating and cramping and foggy thinking, irritability and moodiness..... :0)
hope this helps a bit mate
