Cure/treatment for stasis dermatitis?

I enjoy stasis dermatitis on my lower legs. I own see my Doctor, and I wear compression socks, apply antibiotic unguent as needed, and elevate my legs as normally as possible. However, I still experience occasional weeping skin, and my skin is completely slight and sensitive. Also, the skin is discolored. Are they herbal or inherent remedies I can try? And is near any process to make smaller the discoloration?
