Major skin problem? assist!?!!??!?

I am 17 years ripened and within yesteryear few weeks I enjoy notice my skin above my upper lip becoming dark. It appears as if I enjoy a mustache but it is not tresses it is in actual fact my skin. I am not a smoker. I know that it's the tresses below the skin specifically making it appear muddy. I be on accutane for olden times 4 months. I started it August sometime to the expire of November. While on accutane I started threading, my doctor suggested it. Anyways, freshly just this minute I started laser again after waiting a extent of 6 months following the completion of accutane. And immediately I own be notice this threatening discoloration above my upper lip. It's really embarassing because it looks resembling a mustache. What should I do? I've tried applying concealer but undesirably it in recent times doesn't cover. I can't appear to go and get rid of it. Please please could you recommend a solution for me. My mom told me to apply a mixture of lemon and cucumber liquid to my frontage on a daily basis, and wipe up bad after 10 minutures but how will that abet?? Lemon doesn't work..bleach doesn't work and laser doesn't appear to be working any. After stopping accutane and going wager on to laser I've have around 6 treatments. And the darken still isn't disappearing. My laserium female told me that while I be on accutane and be threading my spike...some hair didn't go and get caught by the thread so slowly overtime skin grows over those small ingrown hair. I know its the tresses underneath my skin to be precise making it look ominous its not discoloration. But it doesn't give the impression of being to be disappearing. HELP!!
