Better looking lungs...?

Im up for an annual physical exam and somewhat worried almost the results of my lung x-ray. I smoke, but not a heavily built smoker, im only wondering how i can clear my lungs up until the check-up.

Well... I found out on disaster that my grandmother have Lung Cancer. I be hiding surrounded by my room while my parents be war, and my mom yell, "This is how you treat me when I a moment ago found out my mother have cancer?!".
