100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD CONTAINS HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, PLEASE HELP ME?


I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle, I'm trying to eliminate all traces of urbane sugar and refined carbohydrates from my diet. I went to my local food store today to pick up a loaf of whole wheat bread singular to discover that it is loaded with unnatural ingredients including one of the worst things you could ever put in your body, high fructose corn syrup which have the same exact effect on the body as refined sugar crystals. I was horrified! I don't really own time to be baking my own bread so if can't find a source of 100% natural whole wheat bread, I'll probably just walk without bread completely.

Does anyone know where I might find 100% wheat bread without added sugar or preservatives?

Try to have intact wheat bread with out sweetened instead choose salt bread. Even if you have adjectives wheat bread with HFCS it will be of very low quantity and such a low mass will not harm you instead. And your body automatically learn to handle it. Then you will know that your bread does not have any chemical substances in it.

I consider the preservatives and other things near unpronouncable names to be way far worse than High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Eating healthier does not expect to eliminate sugar and refined carbos from your food plan. It does mean ingestion more salads and protein sources. It does not mean not eating corn syrup in a product, it money balancing your food plan.

It is not hard to eliminate adjectives breads, cereals, other grain products from your food plan.

Go to a strength food store like WholeFoods. But there are some brands that don't include HFCS at other supermarkets. I bought Natural Grains from Walmart. It doesn't have HFCS and it doesn't own any preservatives, and it's very good.
All bread will enjoy sugar in it. Remember, the yeast needs sugar to feed on to rise.
