What does Low heart rate but glorious blood pressure parsimonious?


im trying to understand my body...i have a heart rate of 56 but a blood pressure of 128/70...i know that blood pressure isn't high but it is just about prehypertension. i weight train a lot, play a lot of sports but also spends plentifully of time sitting at the computer, i'm asian 23, and i would rate myself as pretty healthy and athletic. my protein to fruits and vegetable is pretty high though but my fat consumption is low to not anything as well as carbohydrate. i have a pretty "built body" but even so i still can't figure out why my blood pressure isn't "low/normal" considering how helpful i am. i dont consume the recommended water intake usually half (so 4 glasses a day) ty for ur relieve
