Blood pressure of 120/94 near glorious pulse rate?
ive never had high blood pressure (except had preclampsia when i be pregnant) and those where my results today
that BP is fine. No worries. You should just start worrying if you consistently have BP of over 140/80. That's when you should see a doctor and get some medications to control that BP.
Right presently you're fine. Your high pulse rate is probably due to being nervous or I don`t know you just finished doing something that made you tired or worked hard like exercising or running or something.
Just own a seat, and focus on breathing to calm yourself down and your pulse rate and heart beats should slow inwardly afew minutes.
Normal pulse is anywhere between 60 to 80 beats per minute. Marathon runners have really low pulses around 40-50 bpm.
You have get Stage 1 Hypertension. Diastolic BP is high.
