Is this a illustrious blood pressure?

I am 16 years old and I have to check my blood pressure ever so often because my doctor said my blood pressure is for a while high and I should check up on it. I am about 6 foot tall and 135 pounds-ish. I lately took my blood pressure and it was 130/78 and a pulse of 78. Is this good or bad? Thanks within advance!
