Do I hold Genital Warts?
Hi, I have never had sex in my go. I have noticed these tiny little bumps on my private. They do not hurt at all and create no harm to me at all, but I was wondering if these are genital wart. They are VERY VERY VERY small too. If I do have the Warts, would this mean that my parents passed it down to me? The bumps started appearing a few years ago and I never really thought much of them.
Can anyone help?

No if you had genital warts they would itch you to death and the bumps would come and go in size.

those are not genital wart because genital warts are STD - sexually transmitted disease! so if you are a virgin - this is something else!
