I'm i possibly have mini anxiety attacks?
I have been pretty stressed lately, and now that i look posterior on it even has a kid, i have always be the worrying type, But lately at random times I will start to have a little bit of a trouble breathing, the best approach I can explain it is, It feels like I have to force myself to breath, possibly like shortness of breath? anyways it feels like i hold to keep telling myself to breath and i don't know if it is because I am thinking about myself breathing or if I am have problems, it happens quite often, and it have been going on for at least a month now.
Anyone know? Thanks.
You night be have an anxiety attack go to the doctor and see what they say. If you do they will give you some pills to hold whenever your having one, just to calm your nerves. My mom enjoy anxiety, I don't know what the pills are called though. Good luck. I know it can be scary.
Honestly anxiety and anxiety attacks are a normal part of time. The only time you would need medication is if they are keeping you from functioning. The best way to muddle through them is simply to calm yourself. Develop some confidence in yourself is another thing. The point that get's most people is anxiety about failure. Failing isn't discouraging it's just a way to not do something.
It sounds to me close to you might be experiencing panic attacksPanic attacks are very sudden, discrete periods of intense anxiety, mounting physiological arousal, start, stomach problems and discomfort that are associated with a variety of somatic and cognitive symptoms. The onset of these episodes is typically terse, and may have no obvious triggers.
According to the American Psychological Association, the symptoms of a panic attack commonly concluding approximately thirty minutes. However, panic attacks can be as short as 15 seconds, while sometimes panic attacks may form a cyclic series of episodes, stable for an extended period, sometimes hours. Often those afflicted will experience significant anticipatory anxiety and limited symptom attacks in between attacks, within situations where attacks have previously occurred.
Panic attacks are commonly coupled to agoraphobia and the fear of not being able to escape a discouraging situation. Many who experience panic attacks feel trapped and unable to free themselves.
The effects of a hysterics attack vary from person to person. Some, legendary first-time sufferers, may call for emergency services. Many who experience a panic attack, mostly for the first time, fear they are have a heart attack or a nervous breakdown.
