Every once in a while my throat will get rele cold and feels approaching I'm liking but I don't and my chest gets really tight. It gets not easy to breath and I don't know what to do. I just need answers and nothing something like just going to see a doctor. I'm trying to not have to make a doctors appointment.


Also could this be a food allergy or allergy of any characteristics! Or acid reflex or heartburn?
