What does a herpes blister feel like? Does it hurt to the touch? Is it a sharp pain? I meditate I may be having an outbreak. It doesn't really hurt when i touch it though, like I can run my finger across it and pinch it and it doesn't really hurt.

It does itch, tingle and burn. It usually hurts to touch a blister, some times burning or tingling pain (at tiniest for me) if it's a mild out break then the pain may not be as sever when you touch it. Don't pop it and try not to touch it too much, get to your doctor they can check the out break for herpes.

depends on where its located. some in more private areas hurt, those that arent dont really hurt just look close to big red pimples
