Every year before school starts (September) I get allergies outta nowhere. They are a pissss offfffffff, what cause these sudden allergy attacks?

september is prime season for allergies. Its that pallid stuff that is all over outside if you live in constant parts of the US or its due to the change in weather. I developed allergic asthema one month ago. Just live thru it , it'll get better. Depending on your conditions, meds may help out. Other wise Vit c , zinc, magnesium as well. Ask you Dr.
Stress maybe a factor as okay. Allergies are extremely mysterious.
