What is it? Some are bumpy and others aren't. They are reddish/brownish. I only have them in my arms. I've have them forever and I hate it. It looks so gross. I tried several things before but nothing works. I would prefer some home remedies but any concept to help me would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like Keratosis Pilaris. There really isn't anything you can do about it.
