How to stop heart palpitations?


for the last 6-7 months i own been suffering really bad heart palpitations! and it is really making me stressed and i revulsion going anywhere as my heart plays up. i have been to the Gp and he have put it down to Anxiety Disorder. but i dont believe him
i have read that Coke can cause my heart to see fast. and as i'm a cokeaholic. i think it is the common sense...
can anyone help me please

Answer:    To reduce and stop heart palpitaions do these exercises everyday.You will see the benefits inwardly days, as you can observe the palpitations yourself.Continue the exercise once a day, after you are better.
Drink thaw water and reduce/stop cold drinks.
Build up your timing gradually.If you be aware of tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through departed nostril
then – close left nostril near two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed vast breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through not here nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or past bedtime or in bed.Remember to take low long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Kapalbhati -(Do it up to that time eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose going on for once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a year.(Max 60 min/day) Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it helpfully.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of trunk touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And very soon breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 15 times.
Emotional state is the number 1 inflict of heart palpitations. I know some doctors like to diagnosis anyone and everyone of idiopathic general anxiety disorder instead of looking for problems. But they are probable to be correct if you do have an anxiety problem.

Do you have any other problems? Shortness of breath, dizzyness, swelling of wrists and ankles, etc that could indicate other problems?

The caffeine probably isn't helping. But it will whip more than that to cause a palpitation..
Try coughing and, this sounds gross so I'll be a gentleman and communicate you gently, but flex the same muscles you do when you be in motion #2.

P.S. Thanks for the tip about Coke. I also love it and have heart palpitations if I drink more than 1 liter surrounded by a day..
Also potassium will help palpitations , caffeine is a trigger for them also.
