I gave my blood for a test?
after giving the blood i felt approaching puking and didnt feel good at adjectives...
now when i eat something it feel like the whole food purely stays in my stomach
Answer: It's probably just stress. Your body is probably thinking "what are you doing this for?!" Lol. After awhile it will grasp better. My first time giving blood, that happened to me. I've given about 5 more times since that, and I haven't have that happen since, but everyone is different. :).
