Not only that but the area around my heart has have a weird feeling to it and the other day I coughed up phlegm next to blood in it. Should I be worried? I am an asthmatic by the way.

Sounds like a lung problem. The weird heart response might just be your left lung. Get yourself to a doctor. They will definitely want any an x ray or an MRI to see what's going on. Could be anything from sickness to disease to cancer. Coughing up blood along with chest pain sounds resembling some definite damage to your respiratory tract. That won't go away on its own sweetie, capture to a doctor soon. And good luck, I hope you are alright.

Coughing up blood is not a good thing it can sometimes indicate some sort of kidney disease. I would stir to the doctor.
