My blood pressure ranges from 130/80 to 160/100. Is that normal?

Im a 25 year old masculine

Answer:    No! those readings are not normal especially for a 25 year matured. You should try to get your pressure below 120/80. Get control of your pressure now, because if you agree to it go for too long then you can put yourself at risk for a stroke, or kidney fiasco..
According to the American Heart Association blood pressure should ideally be 120/80 or less. A reading over 120/80 up to 139/89 is considered prehypertension, and above this level (140/90 or higher) is considered illustrious (hypertension).

Given your readings, you are right to be concerned. Hypetension can lead to these serious effects:
- Hardening and thicken of arteries
- Increased risk of heart attack due to blocked arteries
- Weakening and enlarging of the heart - possibly leading to congestive heart disaster
- Increased risk of stroke - pressure is too great for weakened blood vessels
- Strain on kidneys - major to damage to, or failure of, kidneys

yeah it's a little lofty, but there are medications to aver it so you should be fine if you go to the doctors (again?) 130/80 isn't bad, but 160/100 is illustrious. You should talk to a doctor..
