Converse Crazy is right: sunlight is the best thing for psoriasis! I have have it for two years: first outbreak I had I was 90% covered. I did UVB treatments three times a week until I cleared. A year later, within winter, I had a smaller outbreak (basically on my arms and stomach) and I used UVB again and also clobetasol propionate cream, which is a prescription. Absolutely nothing that is over the counter have ever helped my psoriasis.
