I'm 14. And have been experiencing things like hysterics attacks since I was 7. I think I have an anxiety disorder but lately I've be getting pain in my chest and left ar,m, my heart beat been irregular and I have a feeling of load in my heart. Sometimes it also jumps and stuff. I'm not overweight and there's no heart condition history in my familial. The worry over this just increases my panic attacks and the symptoms bring back worse. Is this all just my anxiety disorder please help. I also achieve a strong fear that I'm going to die.
Answers:    I am afraid it is all down to anxiety attacks. The more anxious you become the more you are of pain and and heart rhythm which afterwards exacerbates the situation and makes you more anxious.

By all means stir and have a heart trace done, but it is unlikely they will find anything but may be they will give you beta blockers to calm you down a bit and donate councelling/psychotherapy to help deal with the anxiety. It would sustain to find out what is causing that and deal with it and after your heart symptoms will calm down.
